Director of Clinic Operations
Nancy Gonzalez is the Director of Clinic Operations for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s community health centers. In this role, she is responsible for regional health center operations including any issue resolution with revenue cycle and the registration process, ensuring patients have timely access to safe, high quality, and cost-effective care.
Gonzalez has more than 10 years of direct patient experience as a dental assistant and registered dental hygienist. She originally joined the Health Care District in 2015 as a dental hygienist and worked as the Dental Program Manager and most recently as Dental Program Director before her promotion. She has been instrumental in the development of the Medical Dental Integration Program, allowing our pediatric patients to receive comprehensive oral and medical care at the same location, often during the same visit.
She has an Associate of Arts with a focus in architecture and an Associate of Science. She is currently taking courses towards a bachelor’s degree in health management.
