Continuing architectural services associated with various facility planning studies, feasibility reports, regulatory and code compliance reviews, permitting, construction administration services, permitting and design services, renovations, additions, and minor new construction projects at the District’s owned or leased facilities. The term of the contract may be up to five (5) years. Firms submitting proposals will be required to be certified by the Engineering & Public Works Department of Palm Beach County prior to the proposal submittal date. |
