There is a lot of information about the Coronavirus going around and we want to help you understand how to keep yourself healthy. We are here for you, if you develop fever and a cough, please call us before coming into the clinic. You will be given an appointment or talk to a physician to answer your questions. Wash your hands often with warm water and soap or use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol or more. Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or your elbow when you cough and sneeze. Per state guidelines, effective April 5th, all Floridians are eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as authorized by the Food and Drug Administration. At this time, the Health Care District is only offering the Pfizer and Moderna brand vaccines. Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) is not being offered at our vaccination sites.

Pfizer is authorized for 16 years of age and older, while Moderna is authorized for 18 years of age and older. Persons 16 or 17 years of age must choose only a date offering the Pfizer brand. A parent or guardian must be present at the appointment.
