Health Care District physicians, nurses and medical support staff will be answering the phones daily during these hours Monday through Friday in support of Palm Beach County’s planned test site at the FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach. During these phone screenings, patients of any age who meet the testing criteria will be scheduled for appointments for drive-thru testing at the ballpark.
Hotline representatives will conduct the phone screenings in English, Spanish and Creole. Those who come for testing without an appointment will be turned away. The Health Care District will continue to make appointments for the drive-thru testing as long as test kits, PPE and staffing are available.
