There is a lot of information about the Coronavirus going around and we want to help you understand how to keep yourself healthy. We are here for you, if you develop fever and a cough, please call us before coming into the clinic. You will be given an appointment or talk to a physician to answer your questions. Wash your hands often with warm water and soap or use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol or more. Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or your elbow when you cough and sneeze. The Health Care District is currently scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments for individuals 65-years of age and older.
To register to schedule an appointment, individuals should visit the website, vaccine.hcdpbc.org, or click the green button below.

For individuals who do not have internet access, please call (561) 804-4115 for assistance in schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
At this number, you can also reschedule or cancel previously scheduled appointments and receive assistance on
any other issues related to the scheduling process.

For individuals who previously emailed the Department of Health to be placed on their COVID-19 vaccine waitlist will find a
box on the registration form where they can indicate that they were on the original list so that the Health Care District can
continue to give these individuals priority placement for open appointments.
