Sponsored Programs for Fiscal Year 2025
Sponsored Programs are non-profit community agencies with a funding agreement with the Health Care District of Palm Beach County to provide health or health-related services to the uninsured, underinsured, or indigent county residents. These services help fulfill our mission to be the healthcare safety net for Palm Beach County. This annual grant process to agencies with compatible missions is one of the many ways we work to provide health services to keep our community healthy.
We are pleased to announce that the Health Care District of Palm Beach County has reinstated funding for Sponsored Programs for Fiscal Year 2025!
This year, we will award up to $1.2 million in funding. Sponsored Program proposal submission materials are now available. The Sponsored Programs Funding Opportunity has a minimum of $10,000.00 – a maximum of $125,000.00, and not more than 10% of the organization's budget.
Eligible Respondent Sponsored Programs Categories:
- SDOH – Social Determinants of Health

The submission of proposals will open on Monday, July 1, 2024. We invite organizations to apply for funding by submitting a proposal by 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
