Dental Services

The Health Care District community health centers provide preventive dental services to adults and children at four sites throughout Palm Beach County from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Costs for dental services are based on a patient’s family size and income. All patients will be served, with or without insurance.

Patients can call 561-642-1000 to make an appointment for dental care, including check-ups, cleanings, fillings and extractions, at any of these four locations:

West Palm Beach C ommunity Health Center, 1150 45th Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 (Adults and Children)

Belle Glade Community Health Center, 39200 Hooker Highway, Belle Glade, FL 33430 (Adults and Children)

Atlantis Community Health Center, 4801 S. Congress Ave., Suite 101, Lake Worth, Florida 33461 (Children)

Delray Beach C ommunity Health Center, 200 Congress Park Dr. # 100, Delray Beach, FL 33445 (Adults)

The Health Care District of Palm Beach County was granted Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deeming status effective January 1, 2025. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
