The C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics offer adult medical care five days a week in each of its 10 convenient locations. We want to be the medical home for all our patients and encourage our patients to consider us their primary care provider for all their medical needs.

Our Medical Staff
Our highly-trained, qualified and professional medical staff is comprised of clinicians who are Board-certified in the primary care specialties of Family Practice, General Practice, Pediatrics and Mental Health Services. Assisting the clinicians are nurse practitioners and family practice residents who work together to provide high-quality medical care. Registered Nurses work with Certified Medical Assistants using technologically-advanced health care equipment and treatment programs.
A Patient Financial Counselor and Case Manager will refer patients to other social and health care services.

Your financial responsibility for services will be based on your financial classification, the services you receive, and any insurance co-payments.
