Belma Andrić, MD, MPH
Dr. Andrić is the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President and Executive Director of Clinic Services for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, a diversified, public safety net health care system. Dr. Andric is responsible for the overall medical, administrative and regulatory leadership of the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics, the Health Care District’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. Dr. Andric also oversees operations of the Palm Beach County Trauma System, Trauma Agency, Aeromedical Program and Pharmacy Program. In addition, Dr. Andric is responsible for quality and patient safety across the system and supervises the Health Care District’s Quality and Patient Safety departments, with indirect oversight of the District’s other physician leaders.
Previously, Dr. Andrić served as the Medical Director of the Health Care District’s C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics where she oversaw quality and clinical performances at eight clinic locations, accounting for 25 medical providers. Dr. Andric serves as Chair of the Trauma Quality Improvement Committee for the county and is a member of Palm Beach County’s Sober Home Task Force. Dr. Andrić joined the Health Care District in 2013 after serving as the Medical Director of the Lantana Health Center for the Palm Beach County Health Department since 2009. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from College of Medicine, University of Novi Sad in Serbia. Dr. Andrić earned a Master of Public Health from Florida International University and received her residency training in Preventive Medicine/Public Health from the Palm Beach County Health Department as well as residency training in Surgery from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Ana Ferwerda, MD
Dr. Ferwerda, an OB-Gyn, serves as the Medical Director of the ten C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic sites. Previously, Dr. Ferwerda served as the Brumback Clinics’ Director of
Women’s Health. Dr. Ferwerda, who is fluent in both English and Spanish,
earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ponce Health Sciences University in
Ponce, Puerto Rico. She served her residency at Allegheny Health Network
in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she was the Chief Resident of
Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Director of Clinic Operations and Pharmacy Services
Hyla H. Fritsch, PharmD, CPh
Dr. Hyla Fritsch serves as the Director of Clinic Operations and Pharmacy Services for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. Dr. Fritsch received her pharmacy doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. She is also active with county emergency management activities and acts as the Chief Dispenser for Palm Beach County for all hazard events. She is an active member of several national pharmacy organizations and works closely with Federal, State, and County programs to ensure quality pharmaceutical care for the most vulnerable populations of Palm Beach County.
