Belma Andrić, MD, MPH
Dr. Andrić is the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President and Executive Director of Clinic Services for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, a diversified, public safety net health care system. Dr. Andric is responsible for the overall medical, administrative and regulatory leadership of the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics, the Health Care District’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. Dr. Andric also oversees operations of the Palm Beach County Trauma System, Trauma Agency, Aeromedical Program and Pharmacy Program. In addition, Dr. Andric is responsible for quality and patient safety across the system and supervises the Health Care District’s Quality and Patient Safety departments, with indirect oversight of the District’s other physician leaders.
Previously, Dr. Andrić served as the Medical Director of the Health Care District’s C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics where she oversaw quality and clinical performances at eight clinic locations, accounting for 25 medical providers. Dr. Andric serves as Chair of the Trauma Quality Improvement Committee for the county and is a member of Palm Beach County’s Sober Home Task Force. Dr. Andrić joined the Health Care District in 2013 after serving as the Medical Director of the Lantana Health Center for the Palm Beach County Health Department since 2009. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from College of Medicine, University of Novi Sad in Serbia. Dr. Andrić earned a Master of Public Health from Florida International University and received her residency training in Preventive Medicine/Public Health from the Palm Beach County Health Department as well as residency training in Surgery from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Noelle T. Stewart, DO
Dr. Stewart serves as the Medical Director of the ten C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic sites. Previously she served as a provider at the Brumback Clinic location in Delray Beach. Dr. Stewart holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her residency training at Palm Beach Centre for Graduate Medical Education.

Ana Ferwerda, MD
Dr. Ferwerda, an OB-Gyn, provides support to the Medical Director and also provides gynecology and maternity services for Brumback Clinics’ patients. Previously, Dr. Ferwerda served as the Brumback Clinics’ Director of Women’s Health. Dr. Ferwerda, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ponce Health Sciences University in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She served her residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she was the Chief Resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Marcia Young, MHA, BA
As the Director of Business Operations, Mrs. Young is responsible for all business-related functions of the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics. Mrs. Young previously served as the Director of Federally Qualified Health Center Operations. Mrs. Young joined the Health Care District of Palm Beach County in March 2013 as the Practice Manager for the Delray Beach Clinic. Prior to that, she worked at Tenet Florida Physician Services as Practice Administrator where she provided operations oversight to 10 multi-specialty physician practices. She holds a Master of Health Service Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.

Terry L. Megiveron, MSM
Mr. Megiveron oversees day-to-day practice operations for the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics. Mr. Megiveron has extensive management experience with primary care organizations in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining the Brumback Clinics, Mr. Megiveron served as the Clinic Administrator for Rural Health Clinics owned and operated by a public hospital district in northwest Washington State. Before that, he was the Chief of Provider Services of multiple family and specialty clinics for a rural hospital southwest of Seattle. Mr. Megiveron holds a Master of Science in Management in Health Care Administration from Troy University in Troy, Alabama (through a program based in Tacoma, Washington) and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Portland.
