The group and guests had an opportunity to spend time together and it proved to be a moving volunteer experience for all involved. The Health Care District partners with the Lewis Center by staffing a C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic on site to provide residents access to quality medical services.

The Lewis Center connects homeless individuals in Palm Beach County with housing and access to quality services and referrals with the specific goal of restoring each homeless individual to a self-sufficient and productive lifestyle. Since its opening in 2012, the provider agencies collaborating at the center have assisted more than 28,000 men, women and children in their efforts to end homelessness.
