Carlos Vidueira, Chair, was appointed to the Health Care District of Palm Beach County Board by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in December 2022. He is the Vice President of Huizenga Holdings, Inc., the family investment company founded by South Florida entrepreneur H. Wayne Huizenga where he was instrumental in the design, construction and operation of the Rybovich Superyacht Marina. He is also the President of the Superyacht Life Foundation and the Chairman of the board of directors of Northend RISE, the community-based organization committed to revitalizing the historic neighborhoods in the north end of West Palm Beach. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
