Lakeside welcomes home Chad Alfred from overseas deployment

Lakeside Medical Center is happy to welcome Chad Alfred back to the hospital's team. For the last seven months, Chad was deployed to Kuwait serving in the United States Air Force.

This was Chad’s sixth tour during his more than 13 years of service for the Air Force. During his deployment, Chad worked in counter intelligence, recon and personal security and was also able to visit Saudi Arabia, Iraq and other locations overseas.

Chad has a loving wife and a beautiful three-year-old son who are as excited to welcome him home as well as his Lakeside family. He has been with Lakeside Medical Center since 2014, where he works on Telemetry PCU.

Loyal, compassionate and very well loved by staff, Chad often receives compliments from both staff and patients he cares for.

It is our pleasure to express our appreciation for all Chad's hard work and dedication. We thank him for his service; both for our country and the hospital.

He is truly a valued member of the Lakeside Medical Center team, and we are glad to have him back home!
