Lakeside looking for new members to join Patient & Family Council

The Lakeside Medical Center Patient & Family Council would like to invite others to join our team!

We are looking for a few more former patients or family members of patients to help us:

Motivate patients to take an active part in their care
Maximize patient/staff communications and teamwork, and
Model new ways to deliver effective, compassionate care.
We meet for one hour on the first Thursday of every month at 4 p.m.
