The Health Care District is happy to announce that Ellen Pentland has rejoined the District as our Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Ms. Pentland previously served as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer from 2012 to 2014, as well as Chief Compliance Officer from 2008 to 2009. She is a Registered Nurse Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State College, as well as a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Ms. Pentland has had a remarkably distinguished career as a senior healthcare executive and compliance officer, and has over 30 years of health care experience working in hospitals, home care and managed care settings.
