Health Care District CEO Darcy J. Davis Participates in Healthcare Summit

Darcy J. Davis, Chief Executive Officer of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, was one of six keynote speakers representing hospital and healthcare systems at the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association's (SFHHA) 11th Annual Healthcare Summit in Davie, Florida. More than 100 attendees gathered for this year's event which focused on the theme "Chasing the Triple Aim."
In her remarks, Ms. Davis, who also serves on the SFHHA Board, said that the Health Care District was established nearly 30 years ago on the core principals of the Triple Aim and serves as a safety net system that is fiscally responsible to county taxpayers. She addressed how technology will drive the future for preventative care to improve quality of care and reduce costs.
