Lakeside Health Advisory Board elects new officers at joint meeting with Health Care District Board

Belle Glade, FL – At its annual meeting on May 11th, the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s Board of Commissioners unanimously reelected its Board Chair and officers: Philip H. Ward, III, Chair; Brian R. Lohmann, Vice Chair and Nancy C. Banner, Esq., Secretary.

The annual meeting was held jointly with the Lakeside Health Advisory Board in Belle Glade at Lakeside Medical Center, the Health Care District’s 70-bed, acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission that serves the Glades communities.

The Lakeside Health Advisory Board also reelected its officers, Donia Roberts, Esq., Chair and Mary Weeks, RN, Secretary and elected fellow member Sandra Chamblee as Vice Chair.

Belle Glade Mayor Steve B. Wilson attended the meeting and thanked the members of both Boards for their support of the Glades communities.

In other business, the Health Care District Board unanimously appointed Sandra Chamblee, Lakeside Health Advisory Board member, to serve as a member of the Good Health Foundation Board.
