C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics Welcome Back Patients

Patients of the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics are receiving a warm welcome as they return for safe, in-person medical, dental and behavioral health appointments and limited pharmacy services at eight clinic sites throughout Palm Beach County. Parents of children who are due to receive vaccinations should not delay making an appointment for a pediatric visit. Patients can call the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics at 561-642-1000 to schedule an appointment for either a telemedicine or inpatient visit.

“The Brumback Clinics are the medical home for some 50,000 adult and pediatric patients throughout Palm Beach County,” said Belma Andrić, MD, MPH, Chief Medical Officer and Vice President and Executive Director of Clinic Services for the Health Care District. “We serve all patients, with or without insurance, and are pleased to continue offering care through telehealth visits. In addition, we have safely reopened our clinic doors to serve more patients who will benefit from seeing a provider in person.”

The clinics resumed scheduling in-person appointments late last month with clinical safeguards in place. The Brumback Clinics are following CDC screening and CDC infection control guidelines for healthcare settings. Fewer providers and medical staff are now on site at one time as compared to the number prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. To help patients maintain social distancing and streamline the check-in experience, the clinics have implemented the Phreesia electronic check-in process through an easy-to-use phone app or in-office iPad check-in. Patients can register and remain in their car or in a safe, remote location until the clinic alerts them that it is time for their appointment. The new hours of operation are as follows:
