Lakeside Medical Center and Brumback Clinics support 2016 Black Gold Jubilee

Lakeside Medical Center and the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics were happy to support this year's Black Gold Jubilee on April 16 at the Torry Island Recreation Center in Belle Glade.

Black Gold is an annual celebration of the end of the harvest season for the entire Glades region of Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay.

Lakeside Medical Center's Angelica Esparza, Admitting, along with Terri A. Calsetta, Director, Patient Satisfaction & Hospital Communication, staffed a booth with Rose Lopez, Brumback Clinics Practice Manager, Belle Glade Clinic, where they answered questions about programs and services available to Glades residents.

Ms. Lopez promoted the Summer Smiles program to parents at the event, inviting them to schedule dental and medical appointments at the Brumback Clinics for their children when school is out for the summer and they have more time to get teeth cleanings, check-ups, preventive care and immunizations.
