Annmarie Hankins

Annmarie Hankins is the Associate Vice President, Revenue Cycle for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. In her leadership role, Hankins is responsible for all hospital, aeromedical and community health centers’ revenue operations.

Hankins has more than 20 years of revenue cycle management experience, with 10 of those in leadership positions. She was previously the Director, Revenue Cycle before her promotion. In that role she provided oversight to physician and hospital teams through EPIC optimization to improve revenue realization outcomes.

Before joining the Health Care District, Hankins was the Manager, Physicians Billing at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health in Stuart, FL. She started her revenue cycle career as a physician Medicaid biller at Brooklyn Hospital in New York and also held various billing positions in durable medical equipment, long-term care pharmacy and physician settings. She also held a managerial position at a nine-physician cardiology practice where she oversaw billing and front-end operations.

Hankins has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE). Hankins volunteers with programs to assist disadvantaged and at-risk youth including GraceWay Village in Fort Pierce, FL and the Hibiscus Children’s Home in Jensen Beach, FL.
