Dental Program Director
Nancy Gonzalez is the Dental Program Director for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. In this role, she aids all dental team members with daily operations of the C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics’ dental clinics in close cooperation with the Dental Director and Director of Clinic Operations. This includes oversight of scheduling, team member rotations, clinic workflows, infection control, maintenance of clinic locations and improving processes for optimal patient experience. Gonzalez has more than 10 years of direct patient experience as a dental assistant and registered dental hygienist. She originally joined the Health Care District in 2015 as a dental hygienist and most recently worked as the Dental Program Manager before her promotion. She has been instrumental in the development of the Medical Dental Integration Program, allowing our pediatric patients to receive comprehensive oral and medical care at the same location, often during the same visit.
She has an Associate of Arts with a focus in architecture and an Associate of Science. She is currently taking courses towards a bachelor’s degree in health management.
