Lisa Hogans, RN, is the Director of Nursing for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics. In this role, she organizes, directs and evaluates the effectiveness and care delivery of all nursing and clinical support staff functions and directly supervises a team of nurse leaders and educators. She also oversees the chronic disease management program and nurse and medical assistant onboarding and training. Hogans joined the Health Care District in 2013 as a registered nurse in the Lantana location when the clinics launched as a new program.
During her time with the Health Care District, she has also been the Clinic Quality Coordinator and Corporate Quality Coordinator before her promotion. Hogans has been a registered nurse since 1995 and completed her registered nursing degree at Broward College.
