Lakeside Medical Center has our own pharmacy. The pharmacist is a registered professional. She is available to answer questions. Patients do not need to bring medicines from home. Our pharmacy can fill your doctor’s order. It is important that your doctor knows every medicine you are taking. Also, patients can get new prescriptions filled before leaving the hospital.
We fill prescriptions for District Cares and the uninsured. We also provide services to Trauma and Ryan White patients.
We are part of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. The District has eight pharmacies in the county. It also operates a pharmacy distribution center. The center supplies 176 schools, 10 primary care clinics, and the EJ Healey Center. When needed, we offer courier and delivery service for all District locations.
