If you are interested in joining the Ambassador Program at Lakeside Medical Center, and have a heart for healthcare, please download and complete the application and a 300-word essay regarding your reasons for applying to the program. A minimum of 20 hours are needed to complete the program, along with a 4 hour per week, 4 week commitment. The application and essay must be emailed to Ambassadorprogram@hcdpbc.org, or you can stop by the Human Resources Department at the hospital for a packet.
Minimum qualifications: Age 16 years and older and must pass a background check.
