Associate Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office and School Health
Cindy Dupont serves as the Associate Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office and School Health at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County.
Dupont defined and implemented the District’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), where she’s responsible for all aspects of project management within the company. In her role, Dupont provides vision, leadership and management, ensuring projects are successfully delivered to meet goals in a repeatable, standardized manner.
She also oversees the School Health Department and Program, with more than 200 registered nurses in nearly 170 public schools. Dupont collaborates and partners with community leaders to develop and implement strategies in support of the department’s primary goal of “Wellness for our Students.”
Additionally, Dupont is a member of the COVID-19 Incident Command team, which established and operated various COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination sites in Palm Beach County during the coronavirus pandemic.
Before joining the Health Care District, Dupont was the SR Principal and Program Manager for large-scale transition and transformation projects for global clients in IT. Dupont managed and implemented Client Billing, Governance, Asset Management, Vendor and Contract Alignment, Policy and Procedure Manuals, Discovery, Knowledge Transfer and Operational Readiness projects and programs. She also developed and implemented Balanced Scorecards, Service Level Agreements and Operational Metric Programs.
Dupont is a native of Palm Beach County and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She’s a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as the Project Management Institute. She’s also a verger at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and School.
