Regina All, VP and Chief Nursing Officer

Regina All is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County where she provides direct oversight of clinical services throughout the Health Care District. All works with clinical leadership in various service lines to standardize and improve the clinical practice and service to patients, coworkers, and families. Operationally, nursing services, infection control, clinical education, performance excellence and school health report directly to her. The School Health program staffs registered nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in nearly 170 of the county’s public schools.

A registered nurse for more than 23 years, All has worked at the executive level for a decade in chief nursing and operations roles. Previously, she served as Chief Nursing Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer for Shorepoint Health, a 312-bed acute care hospital in Venice, Florida. In that role, she spearheaded the hospital’s care and processes related to COVID-19, exceeded budget for 2020 despite the pandemic, implemented a full electronic medical record conversion, reduced staffing turnover and developed and implemented a student nurse apprenticeship for recruiting and onboarding new graduate nurses.

Prior to that, All served as the Executive Director of Nursing of the Midtown Campus for Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia. There she was responsible for all nursing practice, performance improvement, capital planning and regulatory compliance for the 583-bed hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Her executive leadership experience also includes serving as Chief Nursing Officer, Site Administrator for Martin Health System in Stuart, Florida where she was responsible for all nursing and operations at Tradition Medical Center. Additionally, All has a strong bedside background in a variety of acute care settings such as critical care, operating room, open heart, cardiac cath lab, and inpatient nursing.

All earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
