The Health Care District and its subsidiary Healthy Palm Beaches, Inc. have established a contract with Availity to facilitate electronic claim transaction. Click here to read a press release about the new contract. Currently, we are in the process of testing electronic submissions for institutional and professional claims. To
file an electronic claim, all claimants should contact Availity to arrange
for claims to be submitted to the Health Care District and Healthy Palm
Beaches, Inc. For assistance, contact Availity Customer Service Center
(800) 282-4548 or via email at support@availity.com. There is no fee charged
to the Provider for electronic claim submissions. Please note that
paper claims will continue to be accepted. General
