Certified Application Counselors assisting patients with enrolling in health coverage

It is estimated that more than 265,000 people in Palm Beach County do not have health coverage. Our Certified Application Counselors are available at each of the four clinic locations to help patients interested in obtaining health coverage enroll in health coverage through the Affordable Care Act’s new federal health exchanges.

If you are uninsured or on our Sliding Fee Discount Program, you may also qualify for additional financial assistance to improve your access to health care and we are able to help! For more information or to make an appointment with a Certified Application Counselor, call 561-642-1000.
